Overview
Evaluate ("we", "us", "our") operates a performance marketing platform that connects to client advertising accounts on Meta and Google to provide analytics, creative intelligence, and reporting services. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Who We Are
Evaluate is a performance marketing agency based in Norway. We provide paid advertising management services and proprietary analytics software to direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands. Our platform is an internal business tool used by our team and our clients. It is not a public consumer application.
Data We Collect
We collect the following data through authorized API connections to Meta and Google Ads accounts:
Advertising performance data including spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS, CPA, and CTR at the campaign, ad set, and ad level.
Creative assets including image files and video thumbnails associated with active advertisements.
Ad account metadata including campaign names, ad set names, ad names, and account identifiers.
User account data including name and email address for platform login purposes.
We do not collect personal data from end consumers of our clients. We do not collect payment information. We do not collect health, financial, or sensitive personal data.
How We Use Data
We use the data collected solely for the following purposes:
To display advertising performance metrics to authorized users within the platform dashboard.
To analyze creative performance and generate AI-powered insights and recommendations for improving advertising results.
To identify patterns across campaigns and surface trends that help clients make better creative and budget decisions.
To generate client performance reports that are shared directly with the relevant client.
We do not use data for any purpose beyond providing the services described above. We do not sell data to third parties. We do not use client advertising data for our own advertising purposes.
Data Sharing
We do not share data with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:
With Anthropic, whose Claude API we use to generate AI-powered insights and reports. Data shared with Anthropic is limited to anonymized performance metrics and creative metadata required to generate analysis. No personally identifiable information is shared.
With Supabase, our database provider, who stores performance data in a secure cloud environment.
With Cloudinary, our asset storage provider, who hosts creative image and video assets.
All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not sell, rent, or trade any data with any other parties.
Meta Platform Data
Our platform connects to Meta advertising accounts via the official Meta Marketing API. We access this data only with explicit authorization from the account owner through the standard OAuth consent flow. We access only the data necessary to provide our services including ad performance metrics and creative assets.
We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Data obtained through the Meta API is used only to provide services to the account owner who authorized access. We do not use Meta platform data for any purpose beyond what is described in this policy. We do not transfer Meta platform data to any other advertising platform or data broker.
Users may revoke our access to their Meta account at any time through their Meta account settings. Upon revocation we will cease syncing data from that account.
Data Retention
We retain advertising performance data for up to 24 months to enable historical trend analysis. Users may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us at the address below. Upon a valid deletion request we will remove all associated data within 30 days.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Our platform uses encrypted connections, role-based access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. Client data is isolated so that each user can only access data belonging to their own account.
Your Rights
If you are a user of the Evaluate platform you have the right to:
Access the data we hold about you and your advertising accounts.
Request correction of any inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data.
Withdraw consent for data processing at any time by disconnecting your ad account from the platform.

Children
Our platform is a business tool intended for use by adults operating commercial advertising accounts. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
